Job Summary

Join Mpire as an IT Service Desk/IT Support Specialist, where you'll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations. Your day-to-day will involve managing and coordinating IT tickets across 1st and 2nd level support, assisting users with problems in the Microsoft environment, and performing error analysis for Windows clients, Microsoft 365, standard software, printers, and network connections. You will also handle user and permission management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and contribute to IT projects and documentation. The ideal candidate has a technical IT education or equivalent, proven experience with ticketing systems, and strong knowledge of Windows clients, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
