Job Summary
The State Construction Office Karlsruhe is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Special Tasks Berlin department. This role involves managing diverse electrical engineering construction projects from planning through to completion, including tendering, cost control, site supervision, and final billing. You will act as the client's representative, coordinating external engineering offices and experts, and providing technical advice to federal agencies. The position is ideal for a proactive engineer with strong organizational skills, experience in public construction administration, and a focus on economic efficiency and sustainable development. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree as Diplom-Ingenieur or Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Professional experience in the tendering and site supervision of construction projects
- Professional experience in cost calculation, billing, and change order management is advantageous
- Experience with medium and large construction projects and maintenance is advantageous
- Experience in the entire project lifecycle is advantageous
