This role involves conceptualizing and developing strategies for New Work and Corporate Health Management (BGM), as well as planning and executing various training sessions, lectures, and events focused on employee well-being. Additionally, the coordinator will manage general training programs through the SPÄH Academy, oversee reporting and success monitoring of BGM measures, and support corporate social responsibility efforts.
