You will lead development projects, manage technology readiness from lab to industrial deployment, and oversee material qualification programs. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Production Engineering, or equivalent technical field
Experience
- Professional experience in Additive Manufacturing, preferably DED-Arc/WAAM or comparable welding processes
- Several years of experience in interdisciplinary research and development projects
- Experience in project management
