Lead a maintenance team of up to 5 employees, ensuring the technical availability of buildings and facilities. This role involves planning, executing, and documenting maintenance, repair, and modification work on technical systems. You will be responsible for operational safety, managing spare parts inventory, and overseeing investments in the technical area. The position also includes developing and implementing energy management systems and coordinating external service providers. Close collaboration with production, quality, and safety departments is essential. Required Skills
Education
Completed (electro-)technical degree or further training as a technician/master in electrical engineering, or equivalent. Alternatively, completed electrical engineering apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience and further development.
Experience
- Professional experience in team leadership and disciplinary management
- Experience in planning, execution, and documentation of maintenance and repair work
- Experience in managing spare parts inventory
- Experience in planning and implementing technical investments
- Experience in operator and testing responsibility (e.g., electrical equipment, cranes)
- Experience with forklift operation, crane systems, and aerial work platforms is advantageous
