Job Summary
Join a dynamic team as a Service Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on marine applications. You will perform detailed fault analyses on complex ship electronic systems and networked sensors, followed by professional repair and replacement of electrical components directly on board naval vessels. Regular preventive maintenance to ensure fleet readiness is a key responsibility. Your work will take you to shipyards and naval bases in Northern Germany, including Hamburg, Kiel, and Rostock. Accurate documentation of all work on maritime systems according to defense guidelines is essential. This role requires a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and a strong willingness to travel within Northern Germany. Excellent German communication skills (C1 level) and the ability to undergo a security clearance are mandatory.
