Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician specializing in the repair and maintenance of various IT hardware, including PCs, notebooks, mobile devices, and printers, within a workshop environment. The successful candidate will be the primary technical point of contact for device-related inquiries, responsible for creating service orders, maintenance reports, and cost estimates. Key responsibilities also include sourcing spare parts, liaising with manufacturers, and maintaining manufacturer certifications.
