Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll and Time Management Specialist to join our Organization/Personnel/Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing, managing all related tax, social security, and supplementary pension regulations, and handling all reporting and certification requirements. You will also manage the interface between time tracking and payroll systems, administer the time recording system, and maintain employee data. Additionally, you will process accident reports, business travel, and manage benefits like job tickets and company fitness programs. The ideal candidate has a commercial or administrative vocational training, several years of experience in payroll, and strong knowledge of current labor, wage tax, social security, and supplementary pension law. Experience with payroll and time tracking systems, along with excellent communication and customer orientation, is essential.
