Job Summary

Join the BFI Unternehmensgruppe as a Data Center Technician in Münster. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical installation, removal, and replacement of server and network hardware within the data center. Your daily tasks will include performing cabling work (power, copper, fiber optics) according to specifications, managing and documenting all installations, and assisting with hardware moves and power-on checks. You will also support warehouse operations, including goods receipt, picking, storage, and shipping preparation, as well as inventory management. The ideal candidate has experience with server and network hardware, 19" rack assembly, and copper/fiber optic cabling, along with a structured approach to work and technical documentation. This position offers valuable experience in complex project environments and is open to career starters and career changers.
