This role is for an IT and ERP Manager who will be instrumental in shaping the digital future of a leading German drive technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational implementation and ongoing support of a new ERP system, including user training and process optimization. Beyond ERP, the role encompasses full responsibility for the IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, hardware, software, and IT security. This position also involves providing first-level IT support and coordinating with external service providers. A key aspect of the role is driving innovation by developing and introducing new IT solutions, such as AI-supported tools and automation, and proactively digitalizing business processes.
