Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Management, Computer Science, or a comparable scientific field (e.g., Mathematics), or an equivalent IT qualification with relevant experience.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in software development, with knowledge of various technologies, architectural styles, and programming languages.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing software development teams, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide teams through challenging situations.
- Professional experience in strategic development and leadership of business-critical applications.
- Experience in defining and implementing IT strategies and standards.
- Experience in managing projects, including requirements clarification and efficient implementation.
