Job Summary
As a Project Manager in Electrical Engineering for modular construction, you will play a key role in realizing diverse building projects for industrial, commercial, and public clients. Your responsibilities will span from consulting and supporting sales with concepts and cost estimates during the calculation, planning, and bidding phases, to overseeing execution planning, project implementation, and final acceptance. You will also be involved in selecting and managing external engineering offices, supporting procurement with bid preparation and subcontractor management, and creating technical specifications. A significant part of the role involves overall project control and site supervision for electrical trades, including project accounting, cost control, and reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-established company founded in 1948, specializing in modular building solutions, based in Berlin-Adlershof.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, or alternatively, certified Electrician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management, construction management, or cost calculation for electrical engineering in turnkey real estate projects.
- Experience in consulting and supporting sales with concepts and cost estimates.
- Experience in overseeing engineering offices and reviewing their work.
- Experience in supporting procurement and managing subcontractors.
- Experience in creating functional tenders and performing calculations.
- Experience in project accounting, cost control, and project reporting.
- Experience in organizing and conducting internal training sessions.
