Job Summary
Speira, a leading European aluminum rolling and recycling company, is seeking an IT Security Operations Manager to oversee and monitor security services and operational solutions across their entire IT infrastructure, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role involves actively supporting risk assessment and mitigation in IT/OT contexts, particularly concerning cloud workloads, networks, and identities. You will ensure the operational security of the IT infrastructure through regular security reviews in collaboration with the CISO organization, and manage the budget for external security services. This position requires a strong background in IT security operations and solutions, excellent communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (Fachhochschulausbildung) in IT Security, Informatics, or a comparable field. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ 500) or comparable certifications are ideal.
Experience
- More than 3 years of operational experience in IT Security Operations and IT security solutions
- Professional experience in managing and monitoring IT infrastructure security services and operational security solutions
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation within IT/OT contexts
- Experience in planning and controlling budgets for external security services
