Job Summary

This role involves leading the 'Databases and Applications' section within the GeoInfo Data Exchange department, contributing to the GeoInfo Systems Center. You will be responsible for the organization of database systems, server applications, and geospatial data exchange, including operating license servers and GIS portals. The position offers a full-time, permanent employment contract with a salary corresponding to German civil service pay grades A13/A14 or a public sector pay grade of up to 13 (TVöD). The role is attractive for its stability, potential for future conversion to civil servant status, and the opportunity to contribute ideas to database system consolidation and IT system management. You will also participate in international committee meetings.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma in Environmental Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Geosciences.
