Job Summary

This role is for a Building Systems Technology Specialist at a rehabilitation clinic located in Ostseebad Göhren on the island of Rügen. The primary responsibility is to ensure the operational readiness and technical safety of building services and swimming pool facilities. This involves regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of technical systems, as well as implementing legal requirements and testing schedules. The position also includes analyzing energy consumption to optimize efficiency and supporting procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification in building systems technology or a similar field, strong IT skills including system administration and building management systems, and logical thinking abilities.
