Job Summary

This role involves establishing and strategically developing a new testing facility for concrete and building materials in Spremberg. You will be responsible for building the technical and organizational framework, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards. Key duties include overseeing laboratory and testing processes, leading and developing a team, ensuring compliance with relevant norms (especially DIN 1045-3), and providing technical consultation to clients. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Technology, or a related field, with several years of experience in concrete and building material testing, and ideally some leadership experience. A structured, responsible work approach and organizational skills are essential. This is a unique opportunity to shape a modern testing facility from the ground up.
