Job Summary
The Bavarian Administration of Palaces is seeking a User and System Support Specialist to join their IT department. This full-time, permanent role involves providing first-level support, user assistance, and maintaining a knowledge base. You will also assist with system administration, manage user accounts, distribute IT hardware and software, and handle hardware setup and removal. The position requires a completed IT or business-related apprenticeship, basic computer skills (Windows, Office), and a willingness to learn new technologies. Strong service orientation, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, along with a readiness for occasional travel across Bavaria. Required Skills
Education
