Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Facility Manager to oversee properties across Austria, acting as the central point of contact for user inquiries and coordinating on-site services. This role involves managing infrastructure services such as cleaning, winter maintenance, gardening, waste management, and catering. You will also organize and support internal events, handle minor renovation projects, and ensure the proper operational status of facilities. The ideal candidate will have a technical or commercial education, several years of experience in facility management or property supervision, strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and a hands-on mentality. This position offers significant travel within Austria (approx. 50%) and requires a driver's license.

Completed technical or commercial education (e.g., HTL, apprenticeship with experience in Facility Management, or comparable)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Facility Management, property supervision, or a comparable position is advantageous.
- Professional experience in technical or commercial fields.
- Experience in coordinating services like cleaning, winter maintenance, gardening, waste management, and catering.
- Experience in organizing and supporting events and renovation projects.
- Experience in managing service providers and ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs.
