As a Facility Manager at BREMER Immobilien Service GmbH, you will be responsible for the holistic management of commercial properties across Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, or Rüsselsheim. Your day-to-day work involves acting as the central interface between owners, service providers, and operators to ensure optimal building performance. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a degree in Facility Management, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman/Technician).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in facility management or the management of commercial properties
- Proven experience in cross-trade technical knowledge within building services
- Experience in coordinating service providers and managing maintenance contracts
- Demonstrated ability in budget oversight and operational reporting
