As an IT Rollout Technician, you will play a vital role in the lifecycle management of IT systems for our clients. Your daily responsibilities include planning and executing hardware and software rollouts, installing and configuring new systems, and performing rigorous testing to ensure operational stability. You will act as a key point of contact for end-users, providing training and support during technology transitions, while maintaining detailed documentation of installation processes and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT System Integration Specialist, IT System Management Assistant). Certifications such as MCTS or CompTIA A+ are highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration and hardware rollouts
- Experience with installation and configuration of PCs, laptops, and peripherals
- Practical experience using remote maintenance tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk
- Experience with enterprise configuration management software like SCCM
