Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician in the pharmaceutical sector, you will play a critical role in conducting various analytical procedures, including chromatographic and bioanalytical methods, as well as pharmacopeial testing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing these analyses, evaluating and documenting results, and contributing to the development and validation of analytical methods. You will also be responsible for the qualification of laboratory equipment and handling deviations, complaints, and change requests. Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and utilizing computerized systems are essential aspects of your daily workflow. This position is based in Biberach an der Riß at a prominent research-driven pharmaceutical company. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biology Laboratory Technician, Chemistry Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or Biological Technical Assistant (BTA).

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory analysis within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
  • Practical experience with analytical methods such as ELISA, HPLC, SPR, or CGE.
  • Experience working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in method development, validation, and equipment qualification.

Additional

  • Valid work permit for Germany required. Must be comfortable working in a GMP-regulated environment. Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
