Job Summary
As a Commercial Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in the operational success of our facility in Kropp. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing resident administration, processing service billing according to social security codes, and handling financial accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting. You will also serve as a key point of contact for cost-bearers, relatives, and legal guardians, while supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate brings a solid commercial background, ideally with experience in the healthcare or social insurance sector. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, resilient, and highly proficient in MS Office. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a commercial field, ideally as a Healthcare Management Clerk or Social Insurance Clerk.
Experience

- Experience in healthcare or social insurance administration is preferred
- Proven experience in financial accounting and billing processes
- Experience in professional communication with stakeholders, including public authorities and legal guardians
