Job Summary

As an IT Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support, handling 1st and 2nd level issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, implementing solutions on-site or remotely, and managing the local IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. You will oversee the procurement, installation, administration, and maintenance of hardware and software, ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and VOIP systems, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and customers. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, and proficient in both English and German.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Management Assistant) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience with Microsoft Windows (10, 11, Server), Active Directory, Office 365, VOIP-TK systems, Android, and iOS
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), e.g., SOTI (desirable)
  • Experience using a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd Level IT Support
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, scanners, and mobile data terminals
