Job Summary

As a Service Technician for Fire Alarm Systems, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of fire safety infrastructure. Your day-to-day duties involve installing, programming, and commissioning fire alarm systems (BMA), as well as performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and modernizing existing installations. You will ensure all work adheres to strict technical standards such as DIN VDE and DIN 14675, while maintaining accurate documentation. A key part of the role involves serving as a primary point of contact for customers, fire departments, and expert auditors, requiring strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. You will also participate in on-call duty rotations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical, security, or building systems technology.
  • Practical experience in the assembly, service, and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with industry-standard manufacturers such as Esser, Notifier, Hekatron, and Bosch is highly preferred.
