As a Technical Estimator in Security Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability and success of our safety and telecommunications projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing complex technical documentation, blueprints, and specifications to prepare precise cost estimates for fire alarm, intrusion detection, and access control systems. You will calculate material, labor, and equipment costs while evaluating subcontractor and supplier proposals to develop competitive, economic solutions for our clients. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the sales, project management, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality bids. Additionally, you will maintain and refine our internal calculation databases and pricing templates.
