As a Project Manager in Security Technology, you will be responsible for planning, steering, and coordinating service and project assignments. Your day-to-day work involves operational coordination and deployment planning for the service technician team, active participation in developing maintenance and service concepts, and process optimization. You will also manage customer relations to ensure high satisfaction, while handling reporting, documentation, and cost control for quality assurance.
