As a Security Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of people and businesses by installing, programming, and maintaining advanced security systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the independent installation of intrusion detection (EMA), fire alarm (BMA), access control (ZuKo), video surveillance, and public address systems. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing in accordance with DIN VDE and EN 54 standards, while managing technical documentation within a quality management system. A key part of the role involves direct customer interaction, providing system briefings, and participating in on-call duty rotations.
