Job Summary

As a Security Systems Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our clients by installing, commissioning, and maintaining advanced security infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include programming security systems such as fire alarms (BMA), intrusion detection (EMA), video surveillance, access control, and public address systems. You will perform technical measurements and inspections in accordance with DIN VDE and EN 54 standards, maintain detailed documentation, and troubleshoot existing systems. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing system briefings and ongoing support.
