The Hospiz Initiative Salzgitter e.V. is seeking a part-time Managing Director (approx. 20 hours/week) to lead their non-profit organization focused on supporting terminally ill and dying individuals, as well as bereaved children and families. This role involves shaping the strategic direction in collaboration with the board, overseeing human resources for full-time staff, and acting as the public face of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for public relations, networking, and managing financial operations including budgeting.
