Job Summary
This role involves a balanced combination of administrative and IT-focused responsibilities within the Digitalization & IT department. You will manage the Interflex time-tracking software, oversee the redesign of organizational forms, and create essential documentation and procedural guidelines. A key part of your daily work will be delivering training sessions for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom, as well as supporting the IT ticket system and contributing to emergency planning and digital strategy initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative foundations and a genuine passion for IT processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) or in a commercial field such as Office Management (Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Büromanagement) or equivalent.
Experience
