Job Summary
The AI Product Builder at Aroundtown Commercial Properties is a hands-on role focused on rapid prototyping and shipping functional AI-native solutions. You will move away from traditional project management—such as writing PRDs or managing Jira backlogs—to instead build and deploy working prototypes within days. Working directly with tenants and operations teams, you will identify operational friction points and translate them into testable, AI-powered products. Success is measured by the speed of shipping, the ability to make quick build/buy/kill decisions, and the delivery of tangible value to the real estate business. This position is ideal for a builder who prefers creating artifacts over attending meetings and is comfortable navigating the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation using modern AI-native tooling.

- 4+ years of professional experience in shipping products, ideally in B2C or self-service B2B platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with a portfolio of AI-built prototypes created within the last 90 days.
- Proven experience conducting direct discovery sessions with real users within the last 6 months.
- Professional experience in real estate, proptech, property management, or tenant services is highly advantageous.
