Job Summary

As a Commissioning Engineer in Plant Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in bringing complex process plants to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the entire commissioning process at client sites, both domestically and internationally. You will act as the vital link between project planning, automation, and assembly teams, ensuring that functional tests and final site acceptances are executed flawlessly. Beyond the technical setup, you will conduct training sessions for plant operators and provide ongoing technical support during maintenance phases. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving and wants to contribute to process optimization using methodologies like Lean Management or Six Sigma. You will be an essential point of contact for clients, ensuring that project goals are met while collaborating closely with the project engineering team during the planning phases. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the commissioning of technical plants
  • Experience with international commissioning projects is preferred
  • Practical experience in automation and PLC programming
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and circuit diagrams
