Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU Rosenheim, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and maintaining the IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing 1st-level support requests via ticketing systems, configuring Windows clients, and maintaining hardware such as printers and mobile devices. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions in knowledge bases and conducting basic IT training for staff. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in hardware management and remote support tools
