Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructures for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits to resolve hardware and software issues. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of client systems, including notebooks, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Additionally, you will handle user and permission management within Active Directory and contribute to the continuous improvement of support and User Help Desk (UHD) processes. We are looking for a digital native with a strong customer-service mindset who is eager to learn new tools and technologies.
