Job Summary

As a Materials Laboratory Technician in the automotive sector, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing material testing according to technical drawings and inspection plans, performing metallographic examinations, and conducting various hardness tests (Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell). You will be responsible for validating testing programs, monitoring quality management standards, and analyzing material-related production deviations. Additionally, you will support damage analysis for customer complaints and perform incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in materials testing or a related technical field, combined with expertise in quality management systems like IATF 16949. Required Skills

Education
