Job Summary

As the Head of the in vitro DMPK laboratory, you will lead a team of 2-4 technicians while driving scientific excellence in a drug discovery and development environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing complex ADME/DMPK studies, ensuring data quality across manual and automated workflows, and serving as the primary DMPK representative in cross-functional project teams. You will also oversee regulatory documentation, contribute to budget planning, and interact directly with clients. This role is ideal for a scientist with a strong background in ADME/DMPK who thrives in a hands-on leadership position.
