Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Measurement Technician at our Radeberg location, you will play a critical role in supporting the production lifecycle from planning through to series manufacturing. Your daily responsibilities include creating measurement solutions using tactile and optical 3D metrology, developing measurement programs, and conducting initial sample inspections (EMPB). You will document results, perform series measurements for body shop and press plant operations, and analyze process capabilities. Collaboration is key, as you will communicate deviations to production teams and develop statistical protocols using Zeiss PiWeb. We are looking for a structured, solution-oriented professional with a strong background in metalworking or automotive quality assurance. Required Skills
Education
Completed three-year vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., Machining Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Tool Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, or Technical Model Maker) or equivalent proven competence.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality assurance, preferably within the automotive or metalworking industry
- Experience in programming and operating 3D measurement systems
- Experience in conducting initial sample inspections and capability studies
