The HAW Hamburg is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for Technical Operations to oversee the reliable and efficient operation of building services across university locations. In this role, you will lead a small, agile team of seven to manage technical building equipment, including power, HVAC, and safety systems. Your daily responsibilities involve planning and coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, managing DDC-controlled building systems, and driving the development of operational processes and technical concepts. You will ensure that facilities meet the high demands of research and teaching environments. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

- Work permit for Germany required. Knowledge of German public building and procurement law (e.g., HBauO, VstVO, VOF, VOB, VOL, HOAI) is highly desirable.
