Job Summary
As a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) at Saarbahn Netz GmbH, you will play a critical role in maintaining the infrastructure of Saarbrücken's light rail system. Your primary responsibilities include the maintenance of substations, energy-technical systems, and catenary lines. You will be tasked with documenting maintenance activities, analyzing inspection results, and providing actionable recommendations. A significant part of the role involves assuming the legal responsibility as the 'Responsible Electrical Specialist' (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10 and managing switching authorizations after a comprehensive onboarding phase. Additionally, you will handle both the technical and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects. Required Skills
Education
Master craftsman (Meister), Technician, or higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the maintenance of energy-technical systems
- Proven leadership experience required

- Valid driver's license (Class B), willingness to obtain a truck driver's license (Class C/CE), must meet VDV operational fitness requirements, must meet height-work fitness requirements, willingness to work night shifts and participate in on-call duty.
