Job Summary
As a Maintenance Team Lead at AGRANA Fruit, you will play a pivotal role in balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work. Day-to-day, you will manage the mechanical and electrical workshop staff, oversee shift planning, and provide direct support in troubleshooting and optimizing production and facility equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of industrial machinery, coordinating maintenance tasks, and maintaining documentation according to ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a strong technical background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, combined with a desire to lead and develop a team. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics; required further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
- Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to lead and develop personnel
- Practical experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
