Job Summary
As a Senior Cloud Engineer at the Deutsche Bundesbank, you will join the 'Explorative IT' unit to develop and operate secure, modern cloud and platform solutions. Your daily responsibilities include engineering a secrets management platform, implementing 'Secure by Design' principles, and managing the integration of hybrid cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with technology partners to drive automation, DevSecOps practices, and the migration of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Informatics.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience with modern infrastructure and system deployment concepts (CI/CD environments).
- Professional experience with container platforms and various cloud models.
- Experience in planning and providing services in cloud environments, including networks, load balancers, firewalls, and storage.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as DevSecOps or SCRUM.

- Must be willing to undergo a federal security clearance (SÜG). Position is based in Germany with up to 60% remote work capability.
