As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential support for hardware and software environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing 1st and 2nd level support requests via phone, in-person, or the ticketing system, ensuring all issues are resolved according to defined SLAs. You will handle the full lifecycle of workplace setups, including procurement, installation, and deployment of hardware. Furthermore, you will manage administrative tasks such as user account provisioning, mailbox management, and access rights, while maintaining accurate documentation and asset management for PCs and mobile devices. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys troubleshooting both remotely and on-site. Required Skills

Education
