As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will spearhead the technological future of a leading educational travel company. You will hold overall responsibility for the IT department, driving digital transformation and aligning technology strategies with business growth. Your daily responsibilities include structuring the IT organization, managing budgets, overseeing IT portfolios, and fostering a culture of innovation and automation, including the integration of AI. You will act as a key member of the management team, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring high standards in IT security, compliance, and data protection. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader capable of managing diverse teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in a technological field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Transformation) or equivalent qualification with extensive professional experience.

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector
