As a Patent Attorney Candidate at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT, you will undergo comprehensive training to become a qualified German and European Patent Attorney. Your daily responsibilities include assisting senior attorneys in providing intellectual property counsel, drafting patent applications in collaboration with inventors, and preparing legal opinions regarding the viability of patents based on search reports and examination results. You will also participate in oral proceedings and support opposition and appeal cases before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or IT who are looking to transition into the legal field of intellectual property. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or IT; PhD is considered an asset.
