Job Summary
As a Junior Energy Management Consultant at Hüttl & Vierkorn, you will play a pivotal role in helping industrial, commercial, and public sector clients optimize their energy and environmental performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve implementing and refining energy and environmental management systems (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, EMAS), analyzing complex data from IoT sensors, machinery, and energy systems, and creating actionable reports and dashboards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and engineering, to drive digital transformation and sustainability. This role is uniquely attractive because it offers a structured mentorship program with direct access to senior experts, providing a deep learning curve in the intersection of energy, IT, and automation. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation Technology, Environmental Technology, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in energy or environmental management, automation, or related fields preferred.
- Practical experience gained through internships or working student positions is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in interdisciplinary technical teams.

- Must be willing to work on-site at client locations in Bavaria (specifically the Nuremberg metropolitan region) during the initial qualification phase. Valid work permit for Germany is required.
