Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicle quality during the manufacturing acceptance phase of locomotives and passenger coaches. Your day-to-day work involves documenting quality deviations, coordinating corrective measures, and overseeing the development and implementation of automated test setups for electrical connections. You will play a key role in continuous process improvement, working closely with assembly, quality assurance, and production planning teams. A significant part of the position involves technical procurement and material tracking using SAP. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in electrical engineering or mechatronics, combined with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a technician or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in work preparation, test planning, or assembly process optimization.
  • Professional experience in technical quality assurance or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with CAD systems (preferably Creo) and SAP for material management.
