Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Building Services Engineering or Utility Engineering (B.Eng., M.Eng., or Dipl.-Ing.) with a specialization in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in building services engineering planning.
- Experience in managing or supporting construction projects across multiple HOAI phases.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-disciplinary technical requirements.
- Professional experience in communicating with clients and architects in a project-based environment.
