As a Process and Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in the global operations of a leading machine and plant engineering company specializing in polyurethane processing. Your daily responsibilities will involve the commissioning, technical service, assembly, and setup of complex dosing machines and systems. You will be responsible for configuring machine and process parameters, conducting on-site client training, and troubleshooting technical issues across process engineering, control systems, and mechanical engineering. Acting as the primary point of contact on-site, you will coordinate installations and provide proactive advisory services regarding maintenance and retrofits. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in an international environment and is comfortable with significant global travel. You will work closely with internal project teams and global clients, ensuring high-quality technical support while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
