Job Summary

As an IT Specialist for Production Systems, you will serve as the primary IT point of contact for production-related environments (excluding SAP/ERP). Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation and harmonization of systems such as MES, production data acquisition, CAD software, and simulation tools. You will act as a key partner to production managers, providing technical support, conducting error analysis, and driving the implementation of new technologies and interfaces between production systems and ERP environments. Furthermore, you will manage system documentation, lead software rollouts, and provide international technical support to users. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mentality who enjoys bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and manufacturing processes.
