Job Summary

As a Low Code Consultant at ]init[, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation projects within the public sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing complex business processes, configuring low-code platforms (such as Pega, civento, Lucom, Outsystems, and formcycle), and designing efficient, model-based digital solutions. You will work within interdisciplinary teams, acting as a bridge between technical implementation and client needs, while also handling system documentation, testing, and the integration of external systems like ePayment platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a consultative mindset and a passion for developing user-centric digital applications. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree, preferably in an IT-related field, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with low-code or RPA technologies
  • Professional experience in the analysis and digitalization of business processes
  • Experience in consulting and interacting with clients and project partners
  • Experience in model-based business solution development
